I may have to steal this idea for a roller. I could add the top roller to by press to create the change in height and the two roller can be attached to the bottom plate. That got about halfed, about five year's now. I could walk away with a 109 chassis. Colon cancer, or the treatment for that made me 11 kg lighter. But i don't complain, i'm as strong as i can be right now. There is less energy to play with. that's all. But, we all have our demon's to fight.. smallfry
Not just me then. I am already older than both my Grandads, and my Dad, same age as my Mum, when she succumbed. I have the symtoms and am waiting for results ATM. Has been a real trial getting GP/NHS to do anything though, but thats another story. Try not to think about it carry on regardless as much as poss.

Obviously I know nothing of your story, it does vary from GP. My brother was told not to be stupid by his GP when he told him our family history, when I presented as anemic my GP called an ambulance there and then as he took family history in to consideration. Stellaghost
Not much progress 12hr day shifts not helping Both diff half's machined interesting to note that there is discrepancies between diff castings, shaded part showing this, in fact I've taken this half of the casting down an additional mm compared to the rear one( compensated for this in top half ) to try and get a totally flat surface, cannot take it any further as getting too close to circlip so will clean it up with a flap wheel, thankfully it's of no real consequence as plenty of flat surface to set up on for welding Have also set up pinion in 4 jaw for machining hopefully have it all completed by the end of the week regards Stephen

Thinking that's a long old way to get oil to go in their standard form. No not worried, I think they needed to channel the oil to the pinnion because it so far away from where the diff is splashing around, due to the modifications the pinnion is now 5" closer to oil bath, well within the range to get splashed, also I have left part of the cast cups in place to catch oil, at the bottom of the cups there are holes to allow oil to seep up to the pinnion bearings, also if you look at the diff half it has what looks like a U shaped dam section to keep oil in and around the pinnion, Having said that once up and running I will be monitoring, wear , tear and temps until I'm satisfied that all is ok regards Stephen
