sonoronos
Does anyone know if these bronze washers on my 200tdi are removable? This is from an early 200tdi, all original. These injectors haven't seen the light of day since they left the factory. They seem to be much thicker than the replacement washers and lack the crush area that are on the replacement washers. Are these supposed to be removable? Mine are all truly well and stuck and I don't want to force or deform them if they are meant to remain there. Retroanaconda
Standard washers are removable yes, they should be replaced when the injectors are removed.
western
Yes, just prise them off, new ones are easy to get either from a diesel injection place or any of the LR parts suppliers, think I've got some new spares in my garage.
Scotts90
Mine were pretty stubborn to get moving with lots of wiggling and prizing required but once off their seat they slid off with relative ease.

ballcock
If they are solid copper you can re anneal them by heating them to cherry red and leaving them cool, as good as new.
