reb78 Posted May 14, 2018 Share Posted May 14, 2018 The rear doors on the 110 will intermittently fail to unlock. Wiggling the latch up and down will make the passenger side one unlock eventually - you hear something click into place. The drivers side used to act like this, but now wont open at all. First thought was that the mechanism had become detached or something but even if i try to operate the lock directly as the lever goes into it, it is the same result. monkie Posted May 14, 2018 Share Posted May 14, 2018 Hi Richard, I had this on the front doors on my 110. I played around with stuff for ages; making adjustments, oiling the sliding parts, checking alignment of the rods again and again. In the end I bit the bullet and got a new latch mechanism that didn't come in a blue box. I do however seem to remember that it did set me back a few quid but it fixed my problems.
