If you’re after a camp mattress....

Recommended Posts

Evening gang, just thought I’d share my latest purchase for the landy for camping. I’ve had single blow up air beds, self inflating air beds.... etc.

So my latest purchase for the back of the landy fits like a glove !! I’m 6ft and need all the space. Honestly the best bed/mattress I’ve found so far. Not too cheap at £70 but I reckon it’ll prove a sound buy 😊👍🔥🍺

I’ll find the link and put that up too, I got mine on amazon.

But it's a 110 Mo? :o

Does look good, I'm sure I read somewhere that a narrow mattress fits in the back of a 110 hard top too.

Yes James a perfect fit in a barge. I wasn't necessarily approving the barge 😉

I have a tent, a folding bed and an air mattress so no use to me but DC's set up does fit well.

It’s good to have those comforts indeed Mo, over the years I’ve scaled down what to take, tent air mattress etc, some of the remote spot we choose there’s no room for a tent etc, so jumping in the back of the landy is ideal..... Pennan is our next adventure. Fingers crossed. 😊👍

We have an Outwell Dreamboat double self inflating mattress. Spendy (you can get them cheaper than that), and I don’t know if it will fit in the back of a Land Rover, but incredibly comfortable. I’d honestly say it’s better than our bed at home!

It’s other down side is that it doesn’t pack down that small (it’s 12cm thick, so not likely to...).
