Relay crimp terminal Identification

Maverik

Recommended Posts

Hi folks, having to lean on the brain trust for this one, I'm looking to identify the red circled terminals, I've worked out the small terminals are Standard power timer terminals, but I can't for the life of me track down the larger female blade type ones, anyone have any pointers at all?

Cheers

I'd say so too, but they will have tangs in them to hold them in place.

Will be *SOMETHING* like this: http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/product.php/429/female-blade-with-latch

It used to be possible to order the entire plug from Audi, and it included the crimps, may be worth checking if they still do it?

000979133.jpg

A Crimp Terminal - N 906 844 05 (1.0 mm²)

N90684405.jpg

A Repair Wire - 000 979 225 (2.5 mm²)

000979225.jpg

A Crimp Terminal - N 906 845 05 (2.5 mm²)

000979236E.jpg

A Crimp Terminal - N 103 197 01 (2.5 mm²)

I can't find a match for 000 979 236 (N 103 197 01) from anyone other than VAG

Polevolt sell relay terminals for the MTA Modular Fuse and Relay System, these look very much like the 'Timer' type terminals used in the VW relay sockets.

6.3mm Terminals for relay modules 2.5 - 4mm cable, Ref: 3-2050

3-2050-195.jpg

These look very much like the Terminal used on the Repair Wire - 000 979 135

000979135.jpg

Which is also available as a Crimp Terminal - N 907 326 03

2.8mm Terminals for relay modules 0.5 - 1mm cable, Ref: 3-5620

These look very much like the Terminal used in the relay socket 8E0 937 527 above.

Unfortunately, Polevolt don't ship outside of the UK.

Thanks for your hard work PaulMC !!!

Just a question, are you sure about the terminal reference for this one

You gave to me the reference for a terminal on 6.33mm, it should be 4,8mm on the 000 979 125 isn't ??

Just confirm me if you are sure about that.

Thanks again for your help !

Hoooo i have done a big mistake !!

I have just realized that i asked you the wrong parts of the relay 8E0 937 527

I need the terminals of the Pink Side ( 1/2/3/4/5 )

49898270_204731383732793_5908424064854130688_n.thumb.jpg.52f023aabefec0ad8ca933ad3ad3f249.jpg

Can you please let me know which one they are for the number 1/2/3/4/5 of the pink side.

I am very sorry to ask you that again, you have done a wonderful job and i am very grateful about your help.

Thank you again !
