oneandtwo Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 If anyone is replacing their vent flap foams, avoid Genuine Land Rover ones! I fitted a new pair to td5 3 months ago, they were a terrible fit and the adhesive between the foam and the adhesive strip failed on both of them. I’vejust bought and fitted a set from Britpart and amazingly they fit the vent flaps perfectly and appear to be far better than the genuine items. ianmayco68 Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 I think it's happening to a lot of genuine parts , I brought a genuine spill rail for my 200tdi after 6 months at most the rubber pipe on one section split on the way to work .
