Will a RR classic winch bumper fit a disco 2

Mountings are very different, so at the least you will need to modify those. The Disco 2 is also about 4" wider than the RRC, unlikely the bumper will be a good fit. If you have a lose bumper, you can always try it on for size. I placed a winchbumper for an RRC on my P38 just to see how it looks. Getting it to fit would have taken a lot of fabrication, effort better spent making a custom bumper. At least for the Disco 2 you have several options commercially available.

I bought a disco 1 front tow bar for my Disco 2. I always thought the D1 chassis and the classic chassis were the same the only difference being the self leveling unit being omitted on the Disco.

The only mods I needed to do were the positions of the bolt holes otherwise it fitted perfectly bewteen the chassis legs.

Disco 2 chassis is very different. As is the p38. 

Disco 1 and RRC are very similar.

Very different but the chassis legs are the same width apart.
