Green200tdi
So the timer relay was not working for the glow plugs, so the guy I got it off on eBay sent me out not one but two to make sure I was looked after 😊 and yes we are up and running glow plugs for the winter like the 200 tdi needs them but safe to sure but noticed that the dash lights is only on for a little over 3 seconds but you can hear the relay click off around 8 seconds so all is well 00EACFD1-E17F-4191-A75E-3FB06847EF4A.MOV

Maverik
A very good effort, now I've just acquired 2x TD5 bulkhead looms... would you do a loom conversion again?
Mo Murphy
Mav, I'm using TD5 wiring in my 200, I would absolutely do it again. Bear in mind that I found it best to grab the 2 wing harnesses and rear harness to make it plug and play. Better connectors, newer wiring, better management of branch connecting using headers, econoseal connections for lights have all convinced me that I did the right thing 10 years ago. Green200tdi
So today I’ve finished the loom every thing in place, water temp sensor cut and taken a wire from the ecu multi plug stright to temp sensor, reverse lights, transfer box warning lights on dash, and speedo Most from the grey multi plug under the bonnet by the orange multi plug, so if like me was looking for the transducer signal wire it’s the BLACK /RED TRACER, have bridged the black/red tracer with the purple (permanent live) wire to make sure it’s live and connected to the right wire on the other side of the multi plug, yes I screwed up and was one wire out😂 but got there in the end 👍
