2000 freelander 1

I hope someone can help me I haves a td4 freelander which has developed a wobble on steering at 30 mph. I have replaced bottom wishbones and both front drive shafts now stumped what can be cause problem is

Had the wheels balanced & alignment done?

Track rod ends, spring/shock mounts?
