Green200tdi
Gosh I’m clever 😉 made an extension lead for the windscreen washer pump as the td5 washer bottle is in different place £6,50 not bad 😊 Edited June 4, 2019 by Green200tdi
mickeyw
If I understand you correctly, you have replaced the old square tank with the later, larger capacity under-wing reservoir. Having done this myself, I now enjoy far more powerful screen wash jets. The water actually hits the screen when driving at motorway speeds

Green200tdi
No it’s the original water tank With a new td5 water pump in its original place for the 1986 110’s where as the td5 defender water tanks are in behind the n/s head light I didn’t want to cut the loom as I’m thinking of getting a td5 water tank and yes wires all sorted before fitting 😊

MR-HIPPO
I did that in reverse on mine, mating a 300TDI loom to a TD5 washer bottle. The TD5 Bottle is a good upgrade, and frees up space in the engine bay.
Green200tdi
I will get round to it but more pressing problems like engine and turbo to sort first 🤔😂
