grahamSX Posted July 7, 2019 Share Posted July 7, 2019 Hope someone can help D1 300 tdi black smoke under load and not boosting lucky to get 50/70 out of it all hoses been changed valve clearance's been checked Activator working when pressured oil cooler cleaned out I have a boost reading of 0.1 to 0.7 anyone know of where else to look please thank you . lo-fi Posted July 11, 2019 Share Posted July 11, 2019 Slight rattling inside is normal, the flap is loose on the mount to allow it to settle onto the seat and seal properly.
