Heater Return Pipe V8 Thor

I think you mean the heater supply pipe, the return pipe goes to the thermosthat (with a T to the expansion tank), not to the inlet manifold. All hoses are fitted with clamps, nothing more. There are O-rings between the pipes and the heater core in the interior, those are known to leak and hard to reach...

That's not quite right, one of the pipes fits into the manifold with an O-ring.

That is the littler bu**er I am talking about.

Have fitted an o ring and it seems to be holding but am wondering what the correct o ring is.
