smallfry
I have only looked because you mentioned it ……….. I guess they will go nicely with your beige, elastic waistband slacks you got from an ad in the Sunday papers !
Bowie69
Not me, but the amount of JavaScript on that page managed to slow my tablet to a crawl....
geoffbeaumont
Google ads are personalised to you - they're based on what Google has recorded you looking at... The rest of us see different ads based on what we've been looking at.

The rest of us see different ads based on what we've been looking at. Now Geoff I’m sure you already know that’s not correct. 🙄 It’s based on a whole mix of things, things you’ve looked at, demographic profiling, especially if you have a google account, locale, destination site profile and as I pointed out also what other visitors of that site have viewed elsewhere. Now as I’d never seen that ad displayed elsewhere, and the fact that it was an individual product item not a general site advert, I can be certain that it was a regular visitor to LR4x4 that had previously looked at those boots. Now, looking at the boots, I can understand them wanting to be anonymous, and they can remain that way as it was only posted as a joke, not a witch hunt. 🙂🙂🙂🙂 Now, some might question, why you are trying to infer that I’d looked at them, and this may be a diversionary tactic by you. 😉😉😉😉😉 cheers, Steve 🙂

But - it's not necessarily LR4x4 that's the link. It could be that other people on another site you frequent have been looking at those boots. It's pretty shocking just how much data the likes of Google have on us...
Escape
I prefer these 🙂 Actually I still have a 5 year old pair of safety boots from LandRover (somehow the company seems totally unrelated to JLR but can use the same name?), cheap as chips and despite the leather being all worn they're still very much useable, just not waterproof anymore...
