Wiper wash Bottle,

Recommended Posts

Here we go again.

Waiting on bits to finish Dash so might aswell start on this. I have my Bottle fitted on right hand side due to my 300tdi conversion. It has 2 motors fitted. First and second pic  pic is the front windscreen Tube from Bulkhead, Ive turned it to the right side but only way to get it down through Bulkhead in to engine bay was to thread it through that hole in the metal dash panel, Will that be OK ?  Will join it to reach the bottle.

Next Rear Tube, it is fitted at rear door and reaches to front corner of Drivers door in third  pic, will have to join it there and route down somewhere out to engine bay then along to bottle.

Yes should be ok, you can get more tubing & connectors from any motor factors or Halfords, a non return valve in each line would give the pumps a easier time & get almost instant wiper fluid to each screen.

for the rearscren tube route in down the screen pillar & through one of the bulkhead grommets to wash tank
