LR90
Wow been a while! Stuck at home and looking to refresh the springs and shocks. I used spring isolators at the front last time but can’t find the part number I ordered. RBC100111 looks similar but is for a Disco II, will these fit my 90? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Front-Upper-Coil-Spring-Isolator-Turret-Rings-for-Land-Rover-Discovery-2-/292389210046 TIA Trev
western
Hiya Trev, Don't know if the D2 items will fit but this is the Discovery 1 & RR spring isolators which will fit straight on.https://www.brit-car.co.uk/product.php/82070/0/isolator_upper_rear_springs_discovery_1___2___range_rover_classic

Litch
I am currently fitting a new chassis to my 90 and fitted ANR2938 to all four springs only yesterday. 😁

I don’t know if the front and rear spring seats are exactly the same size, it I want to do the same on my RRC, which I think only has them in the rear. No real reason for fitting them, I wasn't after a lift or anything but thought that they can't do any harm and they may prevent noises that I didn't even know were present! Snagger
The principle purpose is noise reduction. They stop a lot of the twanging noise from the springs being transmitted to the chassis and body. The lift is small and incidental.
