Jocklandjohn
I'm planning repainting the lower half of my 110 having just done the newly constructed upper (elevating) section with white using 1K and a roller/brush and am quite pleased with the outcome. Only problem is the paint colour. I currently have LR Oslo Blue which is a metallic/micatallic paint but it was crappily done and bubbled. I like the colour and am not bothered about the sparkly bits so any ordinary 1K gloss would do if tis close to Oslo Blue in tone. I did get some LR Caledonian Blue to try but its not as dark as I thought from the photos on the supplier site so looking for another option. So my question - does anyone know from eyeball experience what LR blue paint resembles Oslo Blue sufficiently to be considered a 'close' match? I have seen a few vendors sell touch up pots described as 'Royal Blue/Oslo Blue Metallic' so is LR Royal Blue a contender*? (*Which would be useful as its one of the narrow range of blues available as 1K brushable)
