Stellaghost
I cant take credit for this but it does work once your flap wheel has rounded off at the edge its usefulness decreases however if you hold the disc at an angle and rub it across a concrete floor whilst it's running it restores the edge all be it at a smaller diameter if you use as many discs as I do it's a great help dont forget to wear eye protection regards Stephen 3
landroversforever
I usually do it against an old file in the vice... makes quick work of it... makes a mess though
De Ranged
I use another grinder with a grinding wheel.... put one in the vice (running) and brace guard to guard and grind the fiber glass back, I can undercut the glass a bit this way Now for the safety bit lol I'm pretty certain that powdered fiberglass is real bad if you breath it in.... just out of paranoia I wear my resperator when I do
