LT230 Transfer Lever

Sorted.

Removed the spring. Hammered off the old cup and then stuck the new one in some boiling water for a few minutes to soften it up.

Found a suitable ring spanner to hold the cup in position and then gave the spanner a couple of blows with the hammer at which point the cup slipped back over the pivot ball.

LT230 transfer box. I think mines the same but when I tried to unscrew it it looked like it would tear the rubber in between so I decided to find another way👍

Not a very good diagram as it does not show the lower end of the transfer lever

🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Sorry Western, it didn’t, it’s an earlier box not the later one. The engine is later.

 I think I’m suffering from project fatigue, ignore me 😞
