Aussie Jim Posted February 9, 2021 Share Posted February 9, 2021 Hi guys I have a new P400 and based in Sydney Australia. The windshield tapping noise is quite aggravating. My dealer here doesnt seen to know much about it. Does anyone know the roof cause of the problem snd hoe easy/ difficult the fix is please? Not sure if we have the repair parts in Australia yet? Retroanaconda Posted February 9, 2021 Share Posted February 9, 2021 It’s the plastic trim on the A pillar, apparently some early ones were loose and rattle at speed. The temporary repair is foam tape placed underneath the trim piece to stop it rattling I believe, with a replacement piece being the full fix.
