DaveSIIA Posted November 2, 2020 Share Posted November 2, 2020 Remote servo on the wing. The pipes above it appear to have been bridged to complete the brake circuit. There should also be a vacuum feed between the servo and inlet manifold. Overhaul kits are available for the remote servo from classic car parts suppliers. Romahomepete Posted November 8, 2020 Share Posted November 8, 2020 I too would replace rather than overhaul. MG hive sell a 1 to 1.9 servo that works well on land rovers, they are on ebay. I would also move it, being fried by the exhaust cant do it any good. They fit well on top of the footwell on either side. Mine is next to the matser cylinders but I have to take the wing off if there is a problem. (My wings can be off in 10 minutes). FridgeFreezer Posted November 10, 2020 Share Posted November 10, 2020 Another option with less plumbing is the LOF clutch slave cylinders - fitted one to the 109 as it was only a few quid more than a standard one, and WOW has it made a difference!
