jameslwt Posted January 19, 2007 Share Posted January 19, 2007 Having already killed one 300tdi with water ingress, I am keen to not let this happen again. So in the air inlet system, before the airbox, whats the downward facing pipe (like an extra junction) that feels like it has a drain mesh on it about? Same size diameter as the rest of the trunking, and definately sucks air in if I cover the top of the mantec snorkle. Guessing it must be a drain of some sort, but what can I do about sealing it?
