Paul C
https://www.lrworkshop.com/diagrams/land-rover-defender-fuel-air-emission-systems/fuel-system I usually get the part numbers and then Google them, then you can see who has them at the best priceĀ
miketomcat
It's just nylon fuel pipe, buy a roll of the correct size gently warm the ends and push the old fitting into the new pipe. Do not use a flame, but a heat gun works well (a hair dryer might be warm enough). Same for fixed bends warm hold in place allow to cool just take care not to collapse it. Best to have a couple of practice runs. Finally chuck them in a bucket pressurise check for bubbles you only need a few psi. Mike
FridgeFreezer
^ what Mike said, ye local Hydraulics shoppe should be able to sell you a 10m reel of the stuff for about Ā£1/m. The TDi fuel system is under no pressure at all so dead easy.
Sigi_H
In my eyes it is not nylon, but polyamide. It's a PA hose Ā

Though it states nylon has better chemical resistance than other polyamides. Mike

pete3000
i shortened mine with the miketomcat method above, recover the barbed fittings without scratching with a knife. To soften pipes, boil a kettle and get a mug. Then dip the end of pipe in for a minute and push onto the barb fitting. Ā Pete
