R14 - ACE relay.

Terminals 30 and 85 are permanent live, fed via F15 (15A).

What do you intend to run from it?

.

Hi sorry taken so long to get back to you been away,😊

I have four roof halogen 55w spot lights on a light bar wired in to two relays

so one relay per two spot lights.

In which case, I wouldn't use the ACE relay socket - as, the two permanently live terminals are 6.3mm and 4.8mm receptacles, which are a bit undersized for 4 x 55w lamps.

Also, poking male terminals into the socket receptacles, is a bit untidy and insecure.

A better solution would be to tap off one the fuse box's M8 battery terminals, using suitably sized cable and fuse -

As the battery is only less than a foot away from here it’s what I would go for too but unfortunately the d2 terminals are next to usless (who invented these stupid terminals anyway?) at present won’t even tighten up properly hence why I thought of this as they are permanent live,

ok thanks will try to get new battery terminals this week get him sorted.👍

No, not the battery terminals - the fuse box terminals that supply battery power to the fuse box, and from the fuse box to the starter motor.

I re-posted your fuse box picture (above) with green arrows pointing to these M8 terminals.

The terminals on the D2 battery are sh!te - I replaced mine with these -
