T1G UP Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 stripped out most of the dash tonight. i've done as western suggested but can't get the black metal panel out? need to remove the drives side dash vent, clocks are right out. I hope the 2010 LR gets with the 90's and makes a dashboard with only 1000 screws! On a side note, i've seen a heated screen loom for sale somewhere on t'internet. i guess that this would be a good time to fit a loom? and where do you get it. western Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 no need to remove the black metal panel, just undo the 2 x 8mm [iIRC] nuts enough to disengage the wiper cable tubes & the nut on the outside & rubber budsh off then remove the wheelbox from inside the vehicle. you only need to get as afar as this with removing dash bits for access Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
