MRWOO
Can anyone tell me please how to replace this and can it be done without taking the transfer box out? I have recently replaced both front prop UJ's and I am still getting vibrations between 50 - 60 that I think is this bearing as there is quite a bit of movement in it. Diesel 90
This is a topic of interest to me as well. I presume the transfer box in question is the LT230? I have just acquired an ex-MoD 90 that also exhibits play in the front output flange. An in-situ fix sounds appealing. Richard
white90
diesel90 4-5mm lateral play if fine and nothing to worry about the front bearing is roller ball rather that tapered.
Diesel 90
diesel90 4-5mm lateral play if fine and nothing to worry about the front bearing is roller ball rather that tapered. It sounds like I have to recalibrate my worry-o-meter then Incidently, at what point should worry set in? Richard
