You won't get much done, but you won't mind as little people are great - enjoy being a new Dad. Haven't tried Toby with a spanner (well I did sell my LR virtually a year ago....) but I reckon give him LR tool no.1 (well maybe LR tool no. 1/2 - a full size lump hammer is a bit much for a 10month old) and he'd do a pretty good job.
