jules
I only met him a few times mainly at the Rally De Cims but will be missed by not only the racing preturnity and he shaped the way we race today in 2005 one of his cars were still winning the British Off Road championships. He was a racing legend that will be missed by all. Both mine and Vickie’s condolences to his Family. Julian Read

honitonhobbit
He was a character, not perfect but then who is. I used to eat his dust/mud at AWDC comp events back in the late 80's/early 90's. One of his nicknames was Auntie after the character in Last of the Summer Wine - he could sell anything... My lasting memory of him will be at the first of the performance car shows at the NEC. The Girls were on the Mintex stand and Dave and Melanie were sitting quietly watching the hordes of autograph hunters asking for the Girls signatures. I spent a big chunk of time that afternoon laughing and playing 'Do you remember...' My very deepest sympathy, a sad loss Does anyone know how Matt is?
