90hybrid
A mate of mine's 'M' reg Disco steering relay seems to have given up the ghost. Symptoms were: Going around a corner steering wheel turned approx 30deg before front tryes turned. This while driving. While checking this morning with engine idling we turned the steering wheel until full right lock...steering wheel continues to turn. The same with left hand lock. After further 'investigation' with the steering wheel the relay now does not react at all. All components from the steering wheel to relay look to be working fine. The system has oil in the header tank. I take it he needs a replacement? Your comments would be appreciated.Thanks.

Yes I think the Steering box is the likely candidate as the steering still felt power assisted during this episode. He is sourcing a replacement from Adwest.Ta. oops.......Apologies for the double posting ...don't know how that happened.
