alantd Posted May 31, 2007 Share Posted May 31, 2007 Some eejit must have smashed into the back of the Landy last night whilst it was parked on the road. I came out this morning to see glass, plastic, bits of car stewn around the Landy. On closer inspection, none of it was mine Whoever it was had clearly clipped the back "bumper" and made a real mess of their car. The only damage to mine appears to be a bent mudflap bracket, a bit of a dent where the body meets the bumper and some scratches and a dent to the bumper. I suspect they hit with their near side wing: smashed out all their headlamp and indicators (by the look of it) and must have pushed their nose under the back of the Landy. I guess they reversed out, which probably did untold damage to their front end No note posted through the door or number left on the windscreen. So the bloke got out of his car and he was a dwarf ! ! He said “ I’m not happy…” I said “ Which one are you then ?” sorry....couldn't resist it.. seriously though its a common thing, may last 4 cars have all had someone drive into them, then bugger off without leaving a note or anything.
