what ratio diffs would a 200 tdi auto have as standard............. and as the diffs are to be replaced with lockers soon, what would be a better R&P ratio to go with 35" tyres?

any thoughts

Transfer box might be the easier/cheaper option.

FWIW on my 90 I'm running a RR transfer box (1.192:1) with 4.75 R&Ps to drive the 35s.

I'm happy with m 4.75s so far (KAM) but not everyone likes them and the only other supplier is GBR. An alternative ratio (that may suit you better) is 4.11 which is widely available inc from our good friends at Ashcroft.
