BogMonster Posted July 19, 2007 Share Posted July 19, 2007 The one on my 90 just sold, was fitted with little U bolts around the rails of the roof rack, to avoid wrecking the galv on the rack. Tip for the wise - use nyloc nuts as well. I wasn't thinking straight and ended up with half a dozen loose nuts rolling around the roof Also cut some holes in the ply to allow air to pass through, otherwise you end up with a big wing on the roof trying to take off.
