Hybrid_From_Hell Posted July 21, 2007 Share Posted July 21, 2007 On a wheel rim, when they say '8x16' or '7x16' is the 7 or 8 for the width measured from inside to inside (pic 1), (lines at the top of the pic for reference) or the very outer edge to very outer edge, (Pic 2) ??
