western Posted July 21, 2007 Share Posted July 21, 2007 Yes, I had a kit in my 200Tdi about 6 years ago, it failed after the injection pump was replaced due to pump misalignment, I didn't replace it with another kit [around £600 at that time] I refitted the timing belt & original timing case & haven't had cause to think about getting another Zues kit, stick with the belt Will Warne had a kit in his 300Tdi too & that failed as well. if you do a search I'm sure you'll find the thread. I nearly fitted one years ago but had a fight with Zeus about the horrendous markup of the local agents. Zeus refused to sell me one direct from the UK.
