I have just fitted a tubular winch bumper and winch to the front of my 200tdi lr90 also i have gone for a "truckcab" rather than the hardtop. my problem now is... the front sits very low!! the back is fine. i think the springs are the original fitment. If old they may have lost some strength, see if you can see the colours on them and if so then measure when off vs what they should be new ?.
