Bumpyride
evening guys Just wanted to check what grease people are using, need to do the hub bearings and then all the grease nipples on prop shafts, ball joints etc. Do you use a standard one or different types dependant onn location? Coastcard
cheers for that, didn't fancy the craddocks over priced one shot stuff The one shot stuff is designed for swivel housings, instead of EP90. You want 'proper' grease for the bits you are talking about.
western
cheers for that, didn't fancy the craddocks over priced one shot stuff you can use EP90 in the front swivels or the later 'one shot' stuff,

mmgemini
If you add some Wynns Charge to your grease it makes it a lot better.... About a desert spoon into a tin, well plastic container, stir well. mike

mmgemini
Am i right in thinking that you mean Wynns Additives - Wynns Super Charge For Oil 425ml have yuo seen good effects? I first used Wynns Charge in the late 1970's and early 1980's. I was rallying a Hillman Imp. I was knocking front wheel bearings out every event. I mentioned that to the Wynns rep. He gave me some Charge. That stopped me buying bearings every 200 miles. I didn't have any more bearing problems after useing Charge. I keep that grease for my own use only and add Charge to new tins/tubs when I buy new. mike
