Mikey
I have a 300TDi auto, with cable operated accelerator. Is it possible to move/adjust the pedal nearer to the drivers seat? My wife is rather short and struggles to reach the pedal especially when operating "kick down"
lynall
Years ago on the trucks at work some of the older shorter drivers had blocks of wood shaped and bolted to the pedals as the seats were not as adjustable as the new type trucks. And of course being wood you will lower your carbon footprint! Lynall
cipx2
You can use the so called "pedal extenders (extensions)". Here's a link with lots of pictures and videos: http://www.pedalextenders.com/ A google search would reveal lots of solutions: Search Results. It all looks a bit fiddly really, only wanted to move the pedal a couple of inches. Maybe it's best if I get her to stick to her own car. Thanks anyway.
