alan kemp
With loads of articulation on my 90, it eats rear ball joints. Is there a strong alternative to the standard item?
muddy
Check out my build thread here for how i have done mine Blue 90 seems strong enough in itself, have bent the flat plate so that is going to be replaced.

Lewis
Alan, have you set the ball joint at the end of its travel when the axle is at maxium bump? IIRC you used to run lots of lift, when you fitted the axles was the ball joint centred at ride height with the lift? This may account for the premature wear
