Carly
F.A.O Webber part number required. I am trying to find a part number for a grommit that is located in the footwell of a TD5 bulkhead. I think it's where the steering column goes through and blocks off the hole as to whether its a left or right hand drive. Can anyone help. western
can you show me a rough drawing or even better a photo of the part you need, I should be able to give a part number then.
Guest diesel_jim
I have the same gert great big hole in the Td5 bulkhead i've got. i'm 99% sure that part of the wiring loom has to pass through this hole, and the rubber bung will, naturally, be on the cable itself. (i looked through my microcat and couldn't find the bung), although i've now got a loom, so i'll check on it and see if it's present. western
it could be the rectangular plate, amr3098 that fits in the bulkhead above the column & brake servo, it has 3 grommets in it.
Guest diesel_jim
I just looked on my old my parents factory spec Td5 110, and it has the hole with no bung in it (or wiring loom.... dunno where i got that idea from), instead you can just poke your finger through and tough the back of the inner rubber matting stuff. great design.
