mantec snorkel td5

i know a daft question but my snorkel came without instructions, so do the two clamps that hold the snorkel, do they attach to the front of the window frame or to the side? It is a mushroom top land rover/mantec item

It sounds to me like the earlier plastic one. Mine has only one bracket and it is pretty evident where it bolts on.

it is the metal tubed genuine land rover mushroom top snorkel, had a look today and to attach it to the front of the screen frame looks like a knightmare to do up the bolts but it looks just about doable from the side

any pics of this type of snorkel in place would be appreciated
