gelf
now ive got some 37" tyres im struggling to find a usable space for the spare...... i could stash 2 205s easily on the build....... so in theory if a wreck a big one i could fit the 2 smalls on the same axle and they would get me home ok so long as the diff on the t/box isnt locked... correct? That would very much depend on how far you are away from home. The bevel gears in the centre diff would really hate to compensate for the large difference in tyre circumference for any distance. You'd be safer unbolting the front or rear propshaft, locking the centre diff and driving home in 2 wheel drive. Bill.
FridgeFreezer
My spare 37 lays down in the bed at the back, although plan is to put a bar across behind the rear seats and stand it up against that with some sort of mount, just to gain floor space. gelf
i will take some when they are fitted.... next weekend hopefully. the rear of the 110 will be a trayback so should be reasonalby straight forward...... as for the front larger arches and some serious cutting with the grinder is required..... still very much work in progress.
