hi to everyone ..

i have a 1986 l/r 90.. im just pondering selling it to buy a disco . its got a galvanised chassis recon main gearbox, recon transfer box ,new clutch, all polybushed, new timing belt+tensioners, new springs, recon radiater new water pump, new battery. all new hoses and power steering hoses.. new power steering box new clutch master+slave cylinders. anything i thought it needed has been replaced as i needed total reliability as i used it for hols in scotland with my boat .

its a 200 tdi with 130k miles . 7 seater county with sliding side windows +sun roof .everything except the chassis has been replaced in the last 2000 miles it wil have a full mot as well . i have had it for 3 years now

ive been told its prob worth between 3500+4000??? whats the usual sot of price a motor like this would go for? is this valuation accurate? i dont want to advertise for a price its never going to fetch.

thanks glenn

Sounds a little high unless the condition is very good - tyres, bodywork, interior etc. £4000 would get you something 10 years newer for example. If you look on autotrader's site you will get a good idea where to pitch the price.
