s2hotdog
Hi Just thought I'd share this with you My fuel tank sprung a leak last saturday after filling it up to the brim Half a tank left in various places I read Les's very interesting post HERE and very helpful is was too - I thought I had a similar problem Anyway got the old tank off after a couple of troublsum bolts took ages to undo to find that self tappers that are just by the off side seat box had just puntured the top of the tank Heres a mobile phone ropy picture I had previosly had a center diff problem and had the floor plates up - the old self tappers were thrown away and new longer ones used - causing the problem The original tank is in good condition and appears much better quality so will get the holes tigged welded at work and keep as a spare So be careful if doing the same Steve

s2hotdog
The strange thing is that it took months to happen - mind you did not do much off roading in that time Steve
