pugwash
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Land-Rover-...sspagenameZWDVW do you think it will be any less rust?
Les Henson
I suppose some mug will buy it. Meeting sharon Stone is no great shakes either, I mean - millions of people have seen all of her, so there are no surprises in store. Les. Eightpot
looking at the pictures, I very much doubt if there is a single part of the Dalai Llamas land rover remaining on that vehicle - it looks completely brand new. For $75,000 I'd want Sharon Stone to blow me all the way home in it.
Eightpot
I've just sent in a question about the listing : How do I know this is the Dalai Lamas car - it's obviously brand new and doesn't have any personalised items included - it could be any vehicle photo from a catalogue - also you don't have any feedback history at all. Could you please ask Mr Lama to have his photo taken sitting in the drivers seat with a copy of todays newspaper. Preferably with Sharon on his lap. Many thanks. I don't think they'll reply, but its a fair point.
GBMUD
It is truly a magical Landrover indeed. Look, an 88" on the outside and a 130 on the inside! Picture must have been taken by an estate agent! Chris
discojmz
hmm.... but buddhist monks aren't allowed material posessions are they?
David Sparkes
I considered it a pimping auction for a face to face with Sharon Stone (where you also got to take away an old Land Rover as a memento)? Well there were 11 bidders, and the winner will be spending $82,100 for the privilege. http://preview.tinyurl.com/33tacw BTW, if you didn't watch the video included in the advert, then I advise you that it's either hilariously funny, or cringe makingly awful. Treat it as funny, it's easier on the blood pressure. Just don't believe it has any relevance to the real world life that I, and possibly you, experience every day. Cheers. gruntus
hmm.... but buddhist monks aren't allowed material posessions are they? yes they are allowed material possessions, just not allowed to create attachment to them (which in turn causes suffering). Cheers g
