Tonk
which bushes? theres ones in the end of the spring, easy enough to push out on fly press or in a vice if necessary, if chassis ones then they normally take a bit more brute force, u can put hacksaw cut from inner hole outwrads which helps or some people burn them out then cut outer tube of bush to get out. Smokydiesel
Hello Tonk, Well both I'm afraid. I'f the chassis bushes need "force"to get them out, will I get them in without a special press ? Cheers, Edwin
Tonk
they go in alot easier than gettin them out, grease the outside first, i normally use a M12 bolt and a bit of tube to fit them, u can use this method to remove them but r normally too stubborn. poly bushes u can put in by hand, just depends if u want to change to poly's. series3_mad
What i did to get the bushes out was sprayed them wd40 and left it for a day the cut the middle tude with a hacksaw, pulled the rubber bit out with a pair grips and then cut the outer tude with a hacksaw then used a hammer and chisle to get them out. andyb
they go in alot easier than gettin them out, grease the outside first, i normally use a M12 bolt and a bit of tube to fit them I've found that putting them in the freezer over night helps too. Take them out just before you are going to put them in.
