Martin90
Hi guys, ordered a x-eng fan controller last Friday, 3pm. Arrived Saturday morning and is a work of art. Came with jubilee clips and good wiring instructions and was really well packed. Just wanted to communicate my good experience as service like this is rare these days. BigSi110
I'd agree too. I had a chat with him yesterday; just to thank him on my X-Brake being so good (I'm getting there Ralph... ) and to comment on the instructions and to ask him about GKN overdrives. He took my constructive comments on the instructions like a gentleman and we chatted for a bit about them. He's not afraid to listen. I won't blow too much smoke up his backside, but I've an immense amount of time for Simon and X-Eng.
Guest diesel_jim
I concur... just fitted the X-brake to my 110 gearbox, fitted a treat, and it's strong... i don't suppose Simon endorses this behavour, but wuth a piece of chain wrapped around one of the large M16 bolts, the brake easily handles the weight of lifting a gearbox on it! (OK, only one end of the gearbox, as the other end of the chain was on the bellhousing!)
