Gromit
I don't know who thought it was a good idea to have a second LR in the family. Anyway, the new 110 (200tdi) doesn't have any power assistance when cold, first thing in the mornings. A few turns of the wheel and it'll eventually kick in. Once it's warm it's fine. Belt isn't slipping (well, it's not squealing). I plan on bleeding it tomorrow. Any more suggestions? (other than not having a second LR!) Milemarker Type S
Errr... Mine does that as well!- so will be interested to see if anyone has any suggestions why/ if anything is actually wrong- I was thinking that it might just have been the ATF being colder and thicker. Likewise the pressure gauge on the winch circuit (Power steering pump and ATF again) is higher when started up in the cold but soon drops back to the normal almost zero pressure when warmed up for a bit... western
just let it idle for a few minutes before driving off & it'll give the pump chance to build the pressure up.
