TomG
I thought mine was a 1.667 as the serial number is 20D.......B but the revs & speed didn't seem right so popped the cover off the bottom and counted the teeth: A = Gear on PTO / Input shaft (26) B = Middle gear in intermediate shaft (41) C = Low gear on intermediate shaft (19) D = Low gear on prop output shaft (40) E = High gear on intermediate shaft (38) F = High gear on intermediate shaft (34) Low ratio = 1/((A/B)*(C/D)) High ratio = 1/((A/B)*(E/F)) Low = 1/((26/41)*(19/40)) = 3.32 High = 1/((26/41)*(38/34)) = 1.411 I think a previous owner has swapped ratios from another box
