Les Henson
A side salad, glass of wine, french bread, and a small bowl of iron filings and you have a tasty snack! Well VHT paint needs to be baked on, and don't it ever pong the house out for a day. I actually had a fry-up, but it still tasted - erm, different. Les. FridgeFreezer
I thought it baked itself once on the vehicle?
ROGUE TROOPER
Pizza for me Les, mind those teeth on the fins, I find them a bit chewy
Les Henson
You're right Fridge, it does set with use, but the paint I use (Sperex), it stays tacky for ages (like some of the jokes that get posted on here) I prefer to paint bits individually and then assemble, I think it looks better and also reflects the care I took in doing the job. Anyway, here it is, cooked to perfection, and looks good. I'm going to polish it every day! Les.

Niall_CSK
Well what can I say!! Job well done!! I would be happier still if someone would answer my TIG welding question What was that, haven't seen a welding question for ages? A heat gun can help with the initial baking on, but then again the wife being a teacher has looks that riaval ICBM's for devastating effect
