OilIT Posted February 4, 2008 Share Posted February 4, 2008 It is my belief that the frames and glass are all the same (they are handed however so make sure you have the right side - I have tried converting LH to Rh and it wasnt worth the agro). (I have put a 110 glass & frame into a 90 side and it was the same size!) To replace, all you need to do is remove the rubber fillet on the outside edge of the frame, drill out all the rivets and gently pull the frame out of the side panel. Replacement is reversal of removal (sounds like a haynes manual doesnt it!), but make sure you seal around the frame face that mates with the side panel with a mastic sealer before re-riveting.
