neil00001
Hi All Could someone please tell me the differences between the narrow track and widetrack sankey. Are the chassis' different and if so where and by how much? What is the difference in track (Axle)? Much appreciated Cheers, Neil
Lars L
Dfference in track, AFAIK, is: Narrow = Series, Lightweight. Wide = 90/110/RR/Disco I.
GBMUD
The chassis on my wide-track is wider than the narrow one. The over-all track on a narrow one is less than a series Landrover I think. My wide track is made by Reynolds-boughton tather than Sankey and has disc brakes, although there are drum braked ones around too. Wide track has a rear drop-down tailgate. 101sean
IIRC from last months LRM article on the trailers a narrow track is 46" track, a widetrack is 57".
